This team is the heart of this organization therefore no unserious person will be tolerated, no untrain members will be accepted, Minimum training period before field encounter is one to three months the pending on the member litracy standard, the training continous throughout their assignment time, their is no retailment age but an unfit missionary will be admitted into the board of trustee and take care of administrative running. Missionary must obey code of conduct in accordance with the scriptures and the organizational goal, personal vision which is not in line with the organization and scriptural goal would not be tolerated, non of this team is allow to open a church or training centre without first consulting the organization for tuitorship and guide and in doing so he must not open church where church has been but he is allow to set-up training centre if the church in the location refuse to patner for the salvation of souls and training them into majurity. missionary who have serve without blame for two year qualify for meeting the requirement as applied to the Board of trustee an and qualify to carry out administrative function as to act on behalf of the president carry out disciplinary actions either he or she contributes or did not contribute at retailment they qualify for the 5% unshare interest which shall not be share by age or service but according to need. but why the Missionary remain in the service saving life he or she and his family which are dependant on him is liable for mission monthly benefit which is according needs not want and must accept the solution the mission profiles. Dead or permanently disable missionary family shall be under the organization care this conditions only apply to missionary who died in active service such family must accept the mission profile solution to be employed by the mission or move to the mission permanent site and observe the mission code of condult. the regulation for mission without borders member are as folows.
Method of operation
their operation must follow the chart below whether alone or consult leadership for possible changes. missionary in training may accept on field training except otherwise stated, in such situation he can abandon a field or withdraw without any form of punishment. the operational method is as follows, Share every Local Government into Zones each zone divided in sub quarters mission team evangelized each quarter before moving to the next, all missionary will live in group and will be drop in twos in every quarter and time of completion must be set for every projects. must follow the method listed in the chart below or risk been withdraw.

first consult with whoever is worthy in every town, such as the Kings, existing churches, chiefs and community chairman ask them for temporal place of resident in the town in absence stay in camp until your mission is stay in one house no matter the characters.
must make known the vision of the mission to preach the Gospel to every creature and gather the leader of an existing church together and ask for ther support to hold a revival meeting or crusade in their town and must notify them of the mission no interest in church planting, the willingness of the pastor or an existing missionary to join intraining and sending of locally train missionary and must accept once amonth verificational visit.
Re- evangelized the town with detail teaching and prepared them for crusade, in case of existing church or mission refuser to collaborate, the team must has determine which house shall be for used for training centre before setting a date for crusade.
The crusade must be attended by all members that are available in CGFMission, irrespective of the department and all churches or mission in that location must be considered for participation. it must be a three days crusade which at the end of the crusade, the mission center will be commission on the final day of the crusade.
The training centre is for maximum of 6months – 1year, during this period the Missionary is expected to grow the member to majurity and be withdrawn from the field. During this period each missionary will only be allow for three month and another missionary for three month until the trainee are majure to take over the existing mission.
each of the mission Departmental head will be sent to brief them of all the department so that the training to make a choice which department a trainee may want to fit into.

- every new member must fill out a mission form and undergoes online or on class training
- list must be forwarded to the mission account
- they must have complete 1-6month training depending on level of understanding and level of enlightment.

- training missionary is not a guarantee for service, trainee can choose to serve elsewhere.
- subspended missionary will remain in the training centre and work on themselves.
- no missionary is allow to own a church without consulting the organization
- missionary must follow the procedure of the organization or risk withdrawer.
